We’re pleased to share with you the completion of our landmark mixed-use North Sydney precinct, AURA by Aqualand. Our project delivery partners, stakeholders, staff and special guests joined the Mayor of North Sydney, Zoë Baker, our Group Managing Director, Jin Lin, and our Group Executive Chairman, Warwick Smith AO, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony, which was followed by a luncheon and staff celebration.

AURA by Aqualand is perfectly positioned on the verge of a new and revitalised North Sydney. The suburb is set to be transformed with significant local and state government investment, including a myriad of public domain works identified in the North Sydney CBD Public Domain Strategy.
