Aqualand has broken its own sales record with the sale of the last remaining penthouse in its flagship Blue at Lavender Bay development for c.$10.5 million.
This follows the sale of its first penthouse at Blue at Lavender Bay last month for a record c.$9million, which was the highest price paid for an apartment in the locale at the time of sale.
Alex Adams, Aqualand’s head of sales and marketing, said, “We are extremely pleased to have secured buyers for both penthouses in such a short period of time, illustrating the resilience of the north shore prime property market.”
