Congratulations to all the winners and finalists at the 2024 UDIA NSW & Urban Property Group Awards for Excellence. AURA by Aqualand proudly stands as a finalist in both the Excellence in Apartments (High Rise) and Excellence in Marketing categories.

The Gala event brought together over 950 UDIA members and guests to celebrate this year’s award recipients.

At the Gala Dinner, the standout projects of 2024 were showcased, setting benchmarks in technology, sustainability, environmental preservation, and innovative marketing across residential, industrial, and commercial developments.

Additionally, a big congratulations to Parramatta Square by Walker Corporation and Parramatta City Council for winning the Excellence in Urban Renewal sponsored by Aqualand.
