Congratulations to all the winners and finalists at the prestigious 2024 The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence. AURA by Aqualand proudly stands as a finalist in both the ‘Development of the Year – High-Density Residential’ and ‘Excellence in Marketing Innovation’. 

More than 640 of the industry’s movers and shakers joined The Urban Developer to celebrate 167 finalists across 23 categories from Australia and New Zealand.

The Urban Developer co-founder and chief executive Adam Di Marco said it had been an excruciatingly difficult task for the judging panel thanks to the calibre of finalists.

“Competition across all 23 categories was intense,” he said.  

“We are pleased to mark the achievements of our 160 finalists—the most in the award’s history—and winners for 2024.

“The best and brightest projects in Australia’s built environment have again come to the fore in a true inducation of the high standard of strong, sustainability-led design and projects, and the people behind them, in the region.”
