We’re pleased to share with you the final project construction update for AURA by Aqualand our iconic new development in North Sydney. In this update we’re excited to announce the achievement of many milestones as we’re on the cusp of completion.

Internally, the apartments are undergoing an extensive 4 rounds of quality assurance inspections, in preparation for welcoming our future residents to schedule their first rounds of pre-settlement and valuation inspections.

The common amenities are also well on the way to being finalised; these include the state-of-the-art gym fitted with TechnogGym, Community Rooms fitted with a private theatre/media room, and private rooftop Skydeck with spectacular panoramic views of Sydney.

Just as exciting, we would also like to share that externally we’re finalising the finishing touches on the landscaping and public domain paving in anticipation of the installation of the 4-metre-tall cast iron bronze art sculpture, titled ‘Landscape’ by London-based artist, Richard Sweeney.

Our multi-destination retail and dining precinct is taking shape with four new retail and dining venues set to open as the first residences of AURA move- in. Interior concepts are coming to life, and we are excited to share what’s on offer.

Experience Soluna – an LA-inspired All Day Diner, the perfect place for dinner or a celebration.

In addition to this there will be Sol – the new Bakery, Café & Wine Bar that will offer casual dining throughout the day and a sophisticated wine bar by night.

Also set to open will be a Modern Japanese restaurant GENZO and a new Providore Una with a strong focus on artisanal, sustainable, and modern-day groceries.

Brought to you by leading hospitality group Etymon Projects and designed by H&E Architects and COX Architects, these venues will offer a neighbourhood lifestyle never seen before in North Sydney!

Since our last project update, along with the completion of the 29 levels above ground, and 6 basement levels, with the following interior works delivered:

• Building watertight complete
• Utility connections are complete
• Roof plant and equipment complete
• Internal finishes on upper levels, communal areas & amenities
