In just a few weeks, the 130-seat Loulou Bistro and Bar will open its doors. Spanning two distinctive split levels—one extending onto Elizabeth Street, the other overlooking the Martin Place metro station escalators—it will create an authentic Parisian-style setting, perfect for people-watching.
