Boasting 371 luxury residences, retail spaces, a dining precinct, and commercial areas, AURA by Aqualand offers a lifestyle unlike any other.
Renowned luxury developer Aqualand has almost completed the fit out of the luxury apartments, which residents are set to move into later this year. Woods Bagot has designed AURA, while interior architect Richards Stanisich was tasked with crafting the interiors, which have been curated to evoke the natural beauty of Sydney Harbour.
Stanisich’s vision for AURA was to capture the essence of Sydney’s coastal landscapes, from the shimmering waters to the rugged cliff faces.
All apartments afford a seamless flow from open space living to glorious winter gardens or balconies, while some apartments feature a multi-functional room that facilitates use as a secondary living area, an office, bedroom, or guest room.
The heart of the home is the luxurious kitchen, complete with natural stone benchtop and splashback, integrated Gaggenau appliances including oven, microwave, rangehood and dishwasher. As you move through the apartments, a palette of creamy textures are the backdrop for the play of natural light.
A decadent marble anchors the bathrooms with finesse, light and space, while the highest standard in materials, from toughened fluted glass to premium ceramic tiling and marble, fit out the rest of the space.
AURA will be the centrepiece of the ever-evolving North Sydney precinct, which is expected to become Sydney’s second CBD hub with the number of plans and infrastructure in the pipeline.
There are only a limited number of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses remaining at AURA, which will be completed in mid-2024.
