Group Operations Director

Frank has over 18 years HR and business management experience from renowned Fortune 500 companies. He was appointed as Group Operations Director in November 2021, leading the HR, admin and IT teams. Frank is also responsible for group governance framework and operational processes and procedures.

Before joining Aqualand, Frank’s experience spanned various industries by taking progressive leadership roles in multi-national market leaders like General Electric, PepsiCo and KraftHeinz. He also brings management experience from Longfor, a Hong Kong listed leading property developer and PingAn, a world-leading financial services group. Frank brings diversity and adaptability to our leadership team having worked in various cultural backgrounds in the US, India and China.
