Head of Development

Bringing 25 years of international experience spanning Australia, Asia and the UK, particularly in large scale property development, Ian was appointed Head of Development for Aqualand Group in February 2024. His leadership is pivotal in shaping Aqualand’s significant projects, including our landmark Central Barangaroo precinct and our diverse portfolio.

Ian has worked across Australian markets and all core real estate sectors. Before joining Aqualand Ian was the Group Head of Development at Australian investment manager Salter Brothers, and previously held various senior executive roles in ASX listed property and infrastructure group Lendlease.
