Leonard Blundell has been leading the Aqualand in-house legal team since 2017. A highly effective and results-driven legal professional, Leonard brings over two decades of experience in negotiating, closing and delivering all legal aspects of large-scale mixed-use property development projects to the Aqualand Group.

Previously a Partner at a national Australian law firm and a General Counsel of a top 50 ASX listed development company, Leonard’s commercial, collaborative and solutions focussed approach promotes effective and timely completion of commercial and property development transactions.
