Wayne Xiong has been integral to Aqualand’s journey since its inception, spearheading the company’s rapid growth alongside Jin Lin. Through building key team members and directing negotiations and acquisitions, they have collectively secured over AUD$1.7billion in residential and commercial sites.

Bringing over 30 years in expertise, Wayne has led large-scale property developments for global organisations. Specialised in enterprise resource planning, strategic investments, risk management, commercial negotiations and equity investment, Wayne’s dedicated leadership is set to lead Aqualand Prestige in investing medium-scale, high-end boutique development projects to enrich Aqualand’s portfolio.

Returning to Aqualand after serving as the Head of Global Business at Country Garden, Wayne oversaw development and investment operations in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, and Malaysia, managing active developments valued at US$6 billion under construction, with an annual capital investment of approximately US$1 billion.
